HYBE announces measures to protect NewJeans and ADOR from online attacks

HYBE and ADOR announce measures to protect NewJeans.

The girlgroup recently debuted, a notably successful debut with a one-day sales record.

On August 10, ADOR then announced that measures would be taken to protect the girls and the agency from online attacks.

In the agency’s press release, we can read:

“Hello.

It’s ADORE.

We would like to provide you with information about how to submit reports of actions that infringe NewJeans’ rights.

Our company has decided to initiate and continue legal proceedings on a regular basis against people who engage in malicious online activities targeting NewJeans and any content originating from the company, including malicious criticism, defamation and spreading unfounded rumours.

We ask that you report these activities to the ADOR hotline ([email protected]).

We will initiate legal proceedings based on the evidence collected by our monitoring and submitted by fans, and no settlements will be reached for the culprits of these acts.

We are always grateful for the affection and dedication of the fans.

We will continue to work to ensure that the rights of our artists are fully protected.

Thanks.”
