BLACKPINK will take to the stage at the 2022 MTV VMAs!
Recently, the nominees for the different categories of the MTV Video Music Awards 2022, which will take place on August 28, have been announced.
In particular, we learned that BLACKPINK was nominated in several categories, as was LISA individually.
On August 16, we then learned that BLACKPINK would be present at the ceremony, and that the girls would take the stage on August 28 to perform their pre-release, “Pink Venom”.
This will be the first time a Korean female artist has performed on stage at the MTV VMAs.
BLACKPINK is also only the fourth girl group in history to perform at the MTV VMAs after TLC, the Spice Girls and Fifth Harmony.
