“Squid Game” and Lee Yoo Mi honored at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards


Lee Yoo Mi and “Squid Game” win prestigious trophies!

On September 4, the 74th Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards were held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, the ceremony that precedes the Emmy Awards.

At the party, Lee Yoo Mi was nominated in the category ‘Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series’ for her appearance in the episode “Gganbu” of “Squid Game”.

Facing her were Hope Davis (“Succession”), Marcia Gay Harden (“The Morning Show”), Martha Kelly (“Euphoria”), Sanaa Lathan (“Succession”), and Harriet Walter (“Succession”).

It was finally Lee Yoo Mi who was crowned in this category!

During her speech to receive her award, the actress said: “I am so grateful. Thank you so much for giving me this fantastic prize. I am grateful for the Emmys, and I love NETFLIX, which is always by my side, and I also love my agency VARO Entertainment. I’m so happy ! Thanks again.”
