Jimin (ex-AOA) lived with Lee Hyori after her harassment controversy when she was at her lowest

Jimin (ex-AOA) received support from Lee Hyori when she was at her lowest.

In 2020, Jimin had been accused of harassment by Mina, with the latter accusing Jimin of having harassed her for a long time during their time in AOA.

Recently appeared in the first episode of the show “The Second World”, Jimin performed a song by Lee Hyori, “U-Go-Girl”.

This September 15, we then learned why she had chosen this title.

According to news outlet OSEN, Lee Hyori indeed reached out to Jimin in 2020 when she was at a low point following the controversy, and that’s why she sang this track in his honor.

According to OSEN, Lee Hyori herself reached out to Jimin via private message when the former AOA member was going through a tough time.

It was after hearing her story and feeling sorry for her that Lee Hyori decided to reach out to help her.

Lee Hyori thus invited Jimin to come live with her on Jeju Island, and the ex-member of AOA accepted without thinking, giving up everything to go join her and rebuild himself on Jeju Island.

It is therefore for this reason that Jimin chose to perform on a title by Lee Hyori on the occasion of his return to the stage.
