RM regularly updates fans on his artistic adventures via his personal Instagram, posting about his trips to art galleries and the pieces he exhibits at home.
RM has shared his love for art with ARMY many times; Recently, RM documented his trips to Switzerland to attend the famous art festival, Basel Art, through his bts single blog.
RM revealed that he had wanted to go to Art Basel for a long time and had made the long trip just for the festival.
In his latest photos on Instagram, RM showed off his immaculate home with carefully displayed artwork in the background. In the foreground of the photos was his large glass sculpture, titled Untitled (“But the returning boomerang is not the same as the one I threw”), by an American artist roni horn.
Fans were able to track down the one-of-a-kind piece and discovered that it had previously sold through Xavier Hufkens Gallery in Belgium in 2021 for a staggering US$1.2 million.
ARMY hilariously reacted to the award, stating that RM’s house shouldn’t be where BTS members congregate to drink the value of their artwork.
Namjoon’s house is definitely not where they get drunk lol

Fans also noticed a touching detail about the glass sculpture: it was made in 2013, the same year BTS debuted.
His impressive collection has undoubtedly grown over the years, and while the collection price is shocking, you’d never know from RM’s humble personality that fans love him so much.
