BLACKPINK dominates on Spotify!
A few weeks ago, BLACKPINK achieved something impressive with “Pink Venom,” which became the first Korean-language song to take the No. 1 spot on Spotify’s Global TOP 50.
On September 16, the girlgroup then made its comeback with the release of its new album entitled “BORN PINK”.
Flagship song of this opus, “Shut Down” was therefore released on streaming platforms in stride.
After its release, BLACKPINK’s song then managed to take the No. 1 spot on Spotify’s Global TOP 50.
It is thanks to 6.6 million streams that BLACKPINK obtained this first place.
In the United States alone, over a million streams of the song were recorded on Spotify upon its release.
