On August 17, a rumor spread about Wooseok (PENTAGON) and several fromis_9 members.
Indeed, a netizen posted on Twitter a photo of five individuals, declaring that they were Wooseok and four members of the girlgroup, and that they had gone together to a bar in the Hongdae district of Seoul.
While some were skeptical, another netizen posted a different photo on Twitter of the young man, confirming that he saw the PENTAGON member in Hongdae that same evening smoking an e-cigarette and heading to a bar. .
Soon after, Jisun herself posted a photo of several shots taken at a photo booth online. In these photos, we can see her alongside Chaeyoung, Saerom and Seoyeon, with outfits that strongly resemble the girls in the photos taken by the netizen.
On August 18, CUBE Entertainment finally spoke on the subject.
The agency said: “These rumors are baseless. Wooseok was not there at the time, and he is not in contact with fromis_9. Nor did he meet them on another day.”
