Xiumin (EXO) recently revealed that he wanted to have eyelid surgery in the past.
The operation to give a double eyelid is very common in South Korea.
It is also one of the simplest cosmetic operations, and many Koreans have recourse to it.
On September 25, Xiumin appeared on the variety show “Hong Kim Dong Jeon” on KBS, and mentioned his past wish to perform the surgery.
In this show, celebrities spend some time in the car with the members of the program, following a route and discussing personal matters.
During the broadcast, Xiumin’s eyes were brought up, especially as Jo Se Ho revealed that he likes people without double eyelids, which is the EXO member’s case.
Xiumin then revealed that he had wanted to undergo surgery for this in the past.
The young man said: “I really wanted to have an operation to give me double eyelids.”
The show members then immediately asked her not to, and Xiumin finally explained: “I wanted to do it, but everyone around me stopped me.”
Wooyoung from 2PM who was also present then told him: “You should be punished for this. You have too beautiful eyes for that!”
