Kwak Do Won was arrested drunk while driving his vehicle.
On September 25, Jeju Seobu police officially announced that the actor was charged with drunk driving after falling asleep in a car stopped in the middle of the road.
According to the police, they received a report that a car on the road was not moving early in the day, and upon arriving at the scene, the officers discovered Kwak Do Won asleep in an SUV on a road in front of an elementary school in the around 5 a.m.
With a blood alcohol level above 0.08%, Kwak Do Won had his driver’s license immediately revoked.
The actor would have immediately admitted to having driven while intoxicated, and he would also have admitted to having driven approximately 10 kilometers in this state.
A police spokesperson said: “Fortunately, it was a drunk driving case that did not lead to an accident. We plan to call Kwak Do Won again for a more detailed investigation.”
