Lily (NMIXX) reveals that JYP grades trainees on their behavior

Lily recently made some revelations about JYP Entertainment.

The NMIXX member appeared in a new issue of ‘Lee Mu Jin Service’, singer Lee Mu Jin’s YouTube show.

She notably covered several titles, which you can also find in the video at the bottom of this article.

She also chatted with Lee Mu Jin, and she made some unexpected revelations about the ratings given to trainees at JYP Entertainment.

Lee Mu Jin first said: “You trained at JYP for a long time before your debut.”

He then continued: “I heard that when you were a trainee, everyone knew who you were, and who you were famous for because you were very talented.”

With an embarrassed laugh, Lily then replied: “A little…I guess?”

“But only the people at JYP knew me”she later clarified.

Lee Mu Jin resumed asking him this time: “Did you always get high marks in the monthly evaluations?”

The NMIXX member then revealed: “Not always. But because the grades included behavior, the results only got better.”

Surprised by this response, Lee Mu Jin immediately asked: “Oh, is your behavior also graded?”and Lily then simply replied: “Yes.”

Still intrigued, the show host continued: “I have a question, how do they take behavior into account? Stage manners? The inclination to greet people?”

“Yes, something like that”Lily replied first.

When Lee Mu Jin was surprised at her answer and asked if that was really the case, she clarified: “Yes, taking into consideration how often you greet people, or how focused you are during class.”

“Oh, the frequency! That’s interesting, I never thought the behavior would be graded”added the singer, genuinely surprised by this revelation.

Finally, Lily concluded on the subject: “Yes, it’s pretty general behaviorally, and it includes prep work for classes, concentration…”
