BTS’ possible military exemption is going to be the subject of a poll.
Recently, it was indeed announced that the South Korean Ministry of Defense was going to conduct a public survey to gather the opinion of Koreans on the subject.

Defense Minister Lee Jong Sup then officially requested a survey of the South Korean population to help the government determine whether BTS should be eligible for a potential military exemption.
