Recently, ridiculous rumors surrounding HEit is Jang Won Young have circulated. The rumors started from Yeoyeon Gallery, a women-focused forum, as well as Sojang, a well-known YouTuber for spreading rumors and lies. According to them, they had been informed that the seventh rookie member of IVE had been kicked out of the group allegedly because of Wonyoung.
Rumor has it that IVE was originally meant to debut as PRISM. The members would be represented by the 7 colors of the rainbow. Currently, IVE members are also represented by different colors.
Rumors claimed that Jang Wonyoung was jealous of the trainee who was assigned as the central position of the group. the apprentice was Joobi Parkformerly known as Parque Sol. Park Sun had entered spaceship entertainment after crossing idol school.
It was claimed that Jang Wonyoung was jealous of Park Joo Bi because Park Joo Bi was the daughter of a superior in Maeil Dairies, a food and beverage conglomerate. Some rumors claim that she is the founder’s chaebol granddaughter, while others claim that she is the daughter of a CEO.
Rumors allege that Jang Wonyoung refused to debut with Park Joo Bi, and Starship Entertainment ended up transferring Park Joo Bi to their acting agency, Kingkong by Starship. IVE then changed their name and first song to accommodate the new 6-member plan.
Netizens have come forward to defend Jang Wonyoung from the ridiculous claims.

If Jang Wonyoung was jealous of Park Joo Bi, who was better in intelligence and background, there was no reason for Park Joo Bi’s elite to be ousted by an inferior Wonyoung. Likewise, it was impossible for Starship Entertainment to put Park Joo Bi in the spotlight as Annyeongz had amassed a large following for IZ*ONE.
