Soojin previously admitted to having argued with the exhibitor in the past, even insulting her. However, he strongly denied any use of violence and harassment.
Her representative explained that Soojin did not admit her guilt because she strictly did not assault or extort anyone. Moreover, Soojin was found innocent during the school violence committee back in high school.
Eventually, the police advised him not to pursue the case.

In the end, Soojin was careful to provide a statement about it, but decided that was what she could do for the fans who had been cheering her on so far. His representative concludes that although he acted immature and obnoxious in his youth, he did not engage in bullying or violence at school.
