Police open investigation against CEO who forced his trainees to send him photos in their underwear

Incheon police have opened an investigation against an agency CEO.

On August 22, the media revealed that an investigation had been opened into the CEO of an entertainment agency because of his dealings with his trainees.

The CEO is accused of having received photos of trainees within his agency in their underwear between April and June.

He asked trainees to send him photos of the front, back and profile in their underwear every Tuesday.

Claiming it was a way to check if trainees could pay attention to their weight, he asked them to take pictures of themselves and send him the photos in question every week for several months.

One of the trainees ended up telling her family about the situation because she thought it was strange, and that’s how she stopped sending photos, and the matter ended up in the hands of the police.

For his part, the CEO claims that there was no sexual intention behind his behavior, and that his requests were only a way to help them start faster.

Police are currently analyzing phones and computers belonging to the agency’s CEO.

The investigation will continue over the next few weeks.
