Sunwoo (THE BOYZ): “We thought our career was over before Road to Kingdom”

The members of THE BOYZ confided with great honesty during the last concert of their tour.

On August 7, the boygroup concluded their world tour with three concerts at the KSPO Dome in Seoul, which brought together more than 45,000 people.

On the occasion of the final concert of the tour, which K-GEN precisely followed, the boys then expressed the bottom of their thoughts.

With great honesty, Sunwoo revealed that joining Cre.ker Entertainment (THE BOYZ’s agency at the time) was never one of his dream agencies when he was younger, and that he didn’t even know the company.

“I just wanted to rap, but when I met the others and saw them dancing, I fell for them. I found myself wanting to be part of their team”he explained, not without mentioning that Q had long hair at the time, an anecdote that caused a lot of laughs.

“Even though I didn’t know the agency, I decided to join it thanks to the members. So I always worked hard, but I never imagined that one day we could perform at the KSPO Dome”Sunwoo confessed.

He then spoke about the huge success THE BOYZ had after their appearance in ‘Road to Kingdom’ and then ‘Kingdom’, saying: “We thought our career was over before Road to Kingdom. To be honest, we thought we were finished.”

“That’s why we were all so down at the time. But we never gave up, because we believed that this would happen eventually”added the young man.

He then continued: “That’s why we gave it our all, and the fans noticed. It’s thanks to you that we’re here today, it’s like a dream. And I even have a feeling that some would be envious of us now seeing you all gathered here.”

Finally, Sunwoo took the time to thank the fans, stating that none of this would have been possible without them.
