Yong Junhyung will be making a comeback.
For several years now, the former HIGHLIGHT member has been staying away from the music industry following his involvement in the infamous 2019 scandal.
Involved in the case of Jung Joon Young’s chat rooms, the young man had himself admitted in 2019 to having received videos of women taken with a hidden camera from Jung Joon Young, also confirming to have held inappropriate discussions with him at the subject of the women in question.
Following this, he had left the group HIGHLIGHT before carrying out his military service, being discreet.
In November 2021, Around Us Entertainment informed us that his contract with the agency had ended, and no information had circulated about him since.
His last musical release was in 2018, when he released “GOODBYE 20’s”.
Four years after his last musical release, Yong Junhyung will then return to service.
On September 27, it was indeed announced that he was going to make his comeback soon.
According to media reports, he is currently in the final stages of preparing his new album, but no date has been announced yet.
